Included are newly added signatures for:
AdPlus/SurferBar Hijacker, coolwwwsearch.winupdate, IEloader.msudpb malware
and several tracking cookies.

Updated signatures for:
SecretCrush (Hijacker), Gator, AdBlaster, SideStep, Aconti(Dialer),
MoneyTree(Dialer), WebDialer, EasyDates(Dialer), Proclaim Telcom (Dialer),
and BrowserAid\SearchAndClick.
