Quite a few -- many of them worthless or worse, now that this issue has
become "hot" and the carpetbaggers have moved in. But one in particular
that is widely considered a "must have" is "SpyBot Search & Destroy". See

Probably, or you're letting you imagination run away with you. AdAware is a
long-time-standing "Good Guy" program. No worries.
