    spywear nuker question

I ran a free spywear nuker program and it uncovered a lot. I just don't
know if anyone has heard of this program or if there is a more reputable
    one.

q2. Will I be deleting anything important?
    thany you for your help

You say "a free spyware nuker program" - Which one? Can't tell you how
effective it is if nobody knows what you are using.

Spyware Nuker is a hacked copy of Spybot...Its database of spyware is
actually a stolen version of Spybot's .....is written and distributed by a
known spyware manufacturer. Their 'twistedhumor.com' site distributes the
'wnad' software, which pops up adverts and sends browsing habits to their
    site 'rankyou.com'.

They advertise Spyware Nuker through junk e-mail - it has in the past shown
you which files it thinks is Spyware but if you want to remove them you'll
have to fork over $30 to do it.....it often tags perfectly legitimate files
    as spyware......
......on the licence agreement (which is never actually presented to you
before or during installation), unless they've recently changed it, there
is a clause giving them permission to install any software they like,
including third party software, on your machine, silently, without consent
    or warning.

Other than that..it's a fine program.

get the real deal. Tutorial and download links at
    http://tomcoyote.org/SPYBOT/

....Spybot targets Spyware Nuker..so you can use it to get rid of it...as
it's known to leave files behind after an uninstall.
