You dont have to change ISP just dont use tiscali mail accounts
because they spam their own customers. I'm satisfied with their ADSL
line here in Italy but every other service they provide sucks. I too
have a tiscali email address that I never ever gave out to anyone or
published anywhere, yet it's bombarded with spam from tiscali and
third parties (how the fuk did they get my address? did tiscali sell
it to them?). I even complained but got no reply so I simply had to
abbandone the mailbox and let tiscali keep all the **** they filled it
with. I think you're better off using hotmail.
