Mshta is an microsoft program used to run some "html applications"
(whatever that means). It is basically a runtime engine for running other
applications. So it looks like whatever adware you have is using mshta to
run itself.
Mshta being a system file is probably auto-restored by windows.
I would use something like "Hijack This" or "StartupList"
(http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html) to find the thing that is
starting the "SearchEngine" of each bootup.
