No.

From the best I can make of it...

It was thought one rather famous netkook that hangs around
news.admin.net-abuse.email went on a spamming campaign for EE and took a
personal disliking to the EESux site. The kook may have been instrumental in
getting the site taken down. The web-master of EESux asked in nanae, for
somebody willing to host the site and many admins there offered to mirror the
site. What's become of the issue, I don't know... haven't done any research on
the where-abouts of the site at the moment. I *think* there are many mirrors of
the site up, just to be spiteful of the netkook.

Do a google groups search for Evidence Eliminator in the last month or so and
you'll get an idea of what's been going on.
