Has anyone looked at AOHELL's latest browsers (Netscrape 7.1, etc)
source to determine if they datamine or phone home in anyway?

I have been using Netscape 7.1 for sometime now. So far as I can
determine there is no phone home. Just clean up the "free AOLHell"
icons after you install.

I seem to remember version 6 requring "activation". It would try to
connect to activation.netscape.com. It was annoying to kill the nag
screen every time it started, so I gave it the boot. If you like
Netscape, Mozilla 1.4 and Firebird are effectively identical without
the Netscape name.
