Try popup stopper free edition. www.panicware.com. I really hope the
url is spelled right. If not, do a google search for Panic ware.

I'm planning on getting one of those but I want these two pop-ups to be
completly gone first, not just disable them from coming up. I don't want
any piece of them left on my computer.

Thanks for helping, I appreciate it.

At best, that is a band-aid which attempts to treat the symptom, instead of
the disease -- and based on the pure B.S. they shovel WRT the other product
featured on that page, I'm not at all confident that it would even do that
extremely limited task all that well.

All that is needed to block ALL pop-ups is correct system setup,
    particularly WRT:

    1. Making sure whatever web browser is installed (preferably *not* MSIE*)
is properly locked-down (no Java, JavaScript, ActiveX, etc.); better is
to uninstall MSIE entirely and replace it with a PROPER web browser.

    2. Turn off Windows Messenger Service if you are not using it for internal
    messages on your local LAN.

    3. Do NOT install crapware.

Of course, it's still only prudent to use a properly configured firewall if
you are using other than a dial-up connection (and maybe even if you are).
