    Spybot problem, maybe?

I am using Spybot S&D. I have it searching for all spyware as well as
usage tracks. This morning I went thru my regular routine, had it fix
all problems and clear all tracks. right after that, I lost right
click functionallity in Windows Explorer, like deleting or moving
files causes the explorer to hang. This was on W2K Pro, but I had the
same problem on XP a few days ago and had to reinstall to get it back.
That was fine on the XP machine which is more for experimenting, but
my W2K will be a major problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to what
exactly controls this and how I might restore it.(I don't have the
Spybot restore) The only other thing I did was delete all the files in
local settings\temp just prior to running Spybot. Any help
appreciated. I have done searching on the problem and found one other
reference at windows.net, but no solution.

    | Sorry I blamed Spybot. First I noticed that by logging on as any other
    | user, the problem didn't exist. So I logged on as administrator and
    | copied my whole user directory to a safe place. I then took a backup I
    | had and copied the whole user backup directory over the one in place.
    | Once I rebooted, the right click features are now working OK. i'm just
    | a little surprised that files in a "temp" directory would have an
    | effect like that. Come to think of it, this would have fixed XP as
    | well.
