mobsync.exe is the program that synchronizes your offline files. If
you don't have offline files and you disable offline file support,
mobsync.exe will probably disappear from your startup. FWIW, I've
never seen it in Startup, I see it in the registry as
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run\
Synchronization Manager mobsync.exe /logon
You can control offline files in My Computer | Tools | Folder
Options... | Offline Files
