    DCPPaid

Getting a DCPPaid.exe file running on bootup on a friends machine, every
time I uncheck it it checks itself again on the next reboot, scanned it with
3 virus scanners and the latest Adaware/Spybot.

    She is using Win2000 Pro

Apparently your friend has a DriveCrypt Plus Pack on her machine, the trial
period for which has expired. Buy it or uninstall the software and the
    thing will go away.
