Yeah you're right, thought it was longer than that. Certainly less frequent
though - used to be almost weekly not so long ago.

Is this for the free version? That's what I'm running and the latest
reference file I have is 0R150 05.07.2003 and everytime I click 'check for
updates' it says no new updates.

Doh! Yup I was running an older build.

Yes, and, as Dave says, you need the new version. I apologize for not
mentioning that - - - it is not obvious if you have a life and only
check every couple of weeks. <g> I especially apologize because I had
plenty of opportunity to say it was for the new, free version - - -
the server to which I post (news.cis.dfn.de) does some sort of an MD5
hash and discovered that I had tried to post with a subject only (no
text).. I should have taken the opportunity to expand a bit.
I did a complete uninstall and fresh install (although that's
apparently not necessary). I found a lot of references to old
versions in the Registry when I did searches for "ad-aware" and
"lavasoft" after uninstalling. So their uninstall is not complete or
perhaps in the past I used the Windows Add/Remove Programs function
instead of Lavasoft's uninstall. Anyway, if you do an uninstall look
for leftover junk.
