Since this is a commercial application, I would think it has a feature called
"realtime" protection, something like an anti-virus scanner, you don't see it
but it's always protecting you in the background.

If you paid for the application, then you have support, e-mail or call them an
ask the question. Please familiarize yourself with it - otherwise it's useless
if not configured correctly.
