The interesting question here is: "Was Spy Sweeper already installed,
or added later?" Perhaps it *could* have installed the spyware it found
later itself?
I know of at least one "Trojan Hunter" who used to do that little
trick... FUD, and I don't like that business model!
I would suggest you stick to AA, use SS&D for a second opinion (or the
other way around) and when things seem hopeless... use HiJack This.
I also suggest you'd use something like "Total Uninstall"
(Freeware/Donationware) to monitor what exactly newly installed program
add to your system, this prevent you for some future surprises!
