The minute I read "protect your privacy and boost your systems performance" - my
snake-oil bells went off... snake-oil, crapware, whatever.

There are no end-all tools in one basket that can accomplish all what so-called
"washer" applications claim doing.

Tell us what you'd like and we'll tell you if it exists - too many URL's to post
that *might* qualify.
