    Hijackthis log clean or not?

    I have just recently been invaded by a keylogger and I believe after extensive work I have removed it. I was just wanting to make sure I got rid of everything before I relog into my WoW account. So if somoene can tell me if I am clean I would appreciate that.

    Will say in advance, looking at two logs are somewhat confusing so for now I am bypassing the desktop and going to the laptop. I need to know exactly what you did to remove this nasty...what programs you ran, how did you run them..etc. How did you find this in the first place? Where was this program located? This is also known as the Polynomial.Code.Exploit.
    Please give me as much info about the symptoms, discovery and removal of this that you can give before we can decided to do other steps.

    hmm

    I found it in my processes after using many virus detection programs and finding nothing. My Wow account was hacked and I knew there was a keylogger somewhere on my laptop or pc so I went dont my process list to see if i saw anything suspicious I found that did a quick google search and saw that it was a kelogger. I removed it by booting into safemode turning off system restore removing it with hijackthis rebooted my laptop turned system restore back on and double checked by restarting again to see if it would self reinstall, but it did not. I feel as though my laptop is safe, but I wasnt sure. I dont see anything suspicious, but because I am not completely sure whats what I was just double checking with people that might know a thing or two.

    Here is my desktop with less programs running.

    I would rather work on one computer at a time. Having both logs here just confuses matters. As I said, since the problem was found on the laptop that is what we will work with at the moment. Once we are certain it is clean THEN we can go to the desktop.
    Have you run any of the programs recommended here in the link below yet on the laptop? You said you ran various virus scans. Anti-virus programs generally will not find a keylogger anyway. You need to run OTHER anti-spy/anti-malware programs to do this because this program installs OTHER programs and malware and you must use the programs PP recommends to help find and fix these items if they are on the computer. You may very well have other nasties on the computer which you have not found because of this keylogger.
    Please go to the link now and run the programs requested.

    READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!

    Follow PP's advice on Enabling Hidden Files and Folders and also including the anti-spy programs, AdAwareSE, Spybot, Ewido, save the log from Ewido and make note of any items found and fixed by AdAwareSE and Spybot. Have these programs clean all that is found. Please do these scans as PP suggests, in SAFE MODE.
    Once you have done this then please reboot to normal mode and run HJT again.
    Place a checkmark next to the following entries if still present;

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)
    O14 - IERESET.INF: START_PAGE_URL=http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE=3&tp=iehome&locale=EN_US&c =Q304&bd=pavili on&pf=laptop

    Once you have placed the checkmarks then click the FIX button. Exit HJT.
    Reboot and run a new scan and post that log here.

    Once I give you the all clear for the laptop then run the same programs on the desktop computer also, exactly as PP directs. Follow the same procedures and then post a NEW HJT log for the desktop, but please not in the same post.
