    OK - I forgot that I didn't work today and I meant tomorrow but I still talked to my MAC guy.

    NO, you can't run Outlook on a Mac as it's no longer available for a mac, and you can't run an exchange server on it w/o doing serious modifications to it, such as running Evolution (Unix/Linux-based), Or remote desktop-ing into a PC.

    who the hell would run Exchange on it?

    and yes you can run Outlook on a Mac...it's called Entourage

    Once while writing on a Post-it, I made a mistake and the pinky on my right hand instinctively clicked on a non-present Backspace key.

    Similarly, I've unconciously moved my middle finger to scroll down while I was reading a magazine.

    and my Mac mouse has a scroll ball on it, so there :P

    Sorry, but Entourage is NOT outlook (though they are similar) in order to get it to work with exchange you have to make additional tweaks to the program unlike Outlook, and then it's still buggy at best.

    mine works just fine. the only thing I can't do is open pst files, other than that I don't notice any difference

    Yeah..that's what I mean...you are still missing functionality....besides that my company has all kinds of different forms that for whatever reason don't like macs either...
