Proxomitron 4.5-adding site to adlist blockfile,but still shows up-why?

I am getting popups from media.fastclick.net
I right click on Prox 4.5,click add to blockfile-adlist then type
media.fastclick.net but pop ups still open for them or any other site i put
in there. Is there some trick to it I am missing?

Perhaps a cached copy of the site is being reloaded?

Nope,emptied my history,deleted cookies and files.

Its like the blocklist doesn't work or something, is there a special place i
could try adding it manually to?
