It's messenger spam, applies to Windows 2000 and Windows XP only. You
need to disable the messenger service running on your machine. Go to
Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services. Find the service
"Messenger", highlight and right-click it. Hit "Stop". After the
service is stopped right click it again, hit "Properties", change
"Startup Type" to "Disabled", then "Apply", then "OK".
That's it!
You'll need to be logged-on with Administrative rights.
