My Way Speedbar--help get this garbage off my 'puter

does anyone have any idea how to get this piece of crap off of my
computer? i'm the only one that uses this computer and i have NO idea
of how it got installed but all of a sudden this program showed up. it
is not showing up in the add/remove program area so i can't get at it
that way. i did a search for "myway" and some files were found which i
deleted but the program pops back up when i reboot.

do any of you know the files i need to delete to get rid of this piece
of crap? any help will be appreciated.

I tried this, and it worked for some others, but not for the MyWay
Speedbar.

HijackThis worked to get rid of the My Way Speedbar. Thanks to all
the great pointers! I really appreciate finding this great advice.
