Don't tell me you've been taken in by the old drooler.

Mailer is a feebe. They only publish his stuff
out of sympathy. He was almost a writer 40 years
    ago.

this is a 'nice' group so I called him a feebe

nope. don't read stuff spawned out of ignorance. scoffing is 3rd
rate humor. The Russians say it is immoral to criticize if you
do not propose a solution. All I'm seeing is whiny bull**** and
    no ideas.

Try this. If you had to find a flask of Sarin secreted in your house
would you blindfold yourself and try and find it with a baseball bat?

    There's a subtlety involved in looking for stuff that's a one-way ticket
to dead. If this has you hexed check out what the yabbos in Japan did
with no vaporization and no dispersal. Cute.

It escapes most people who have never done anything more dangerous than
drink milk from a container 2 days out of date. Perhaps the adults that
are doing the work are more concerned about not killing 20,000 people
at a whack and less concerned about what the 'media' or a lamer like
    Mailer thinks.

It's not that you're dead; it's that you're dead for *so* long.

Bush is just playing the cards he was dealt. Sucks to be him. We live
in troubled times. Deal with it.

    men

....and lets us back to those deadly pop-ups and tracking
    cookies...

Re: OT: WMD (oh the tedium)

Maybe you should repeat after me the following chant:

"The Terrorist's are coming, Ther Terrorist's are Coming!!!"

    Dear Brain dead Paranoid: "m.e.nickolas"

10 -100 times, repeat as many times a necessary to fully believe it.

Bud, I lived under the constant terrorist threat and was 5 minutes from playing a harp
now, see I was at Ramstein, in the parking lot just 5 mins before it went off destroying
every thing in sight(was within 20 feet of the bomb mobile). Was at Rhein Mein 30 minutes
before the bomb at the treminal went off, if the plane my pard had been on time, again I
would been toast. We in the Military were dancing thru hoops at any and all of the
spoof's, found to verbalize jokes on the matter. Yes I was in constant fear, for every bit
of 45 seconds. I was more paranoid(rightly so) of our own powers that be than the
terrorists, so read, listen to the other guys, they may be saying ask why did it happen,
not how, that will come out later and my God, take a JOKE, otherwise you may wish to
invest in a reliably deep cave for a hidout, or help by sharing your point of view instead
of an ignorant flame(I did not say I believed Mailer, it was simply a laff and food of
thought)....Maybe I might take your view seriously...but the post was not to incite a
flame war(Mr Bush and the 40 Thieves are doing quite well, IMHO).

Yet, you nonetheless feel qualified to dismiss it out of hand.

You are an idiot -- an ethically bankrupt idiot, at that.

Oh great. Now I've got to read everything on the Inet just
    to make you happy.

Mailer was a marginal author 35 years ago. He generated
book sales with this goofy testosterone-driven self
promotion. Cartoonish. Sort of like Popeye without
    the humor or the pathos.

So yes, I dismiss Mailer out of hand. I've actually read
him. Not on the internet. They're called "books". He
hasn't had a cogent political thought since 8 tracks went
out of style. You're safe betting against anything he
says. He has been so wrong so often his chances of being
right about anything are pretty much down to blind
    probabilities.

...and the name calling. Cute. You're really impressing
the hell out of me here kid...

....and your "Franklin on a bumper sticker" sig really plumbs
the depths... If your going to flog the guy at least read his
autobiography. Good book. Interesting author. Perhaps you'll
    enjoy the change.

    Whatever, men

Your givin' me the giggles. "flame war"...calling me names.
Dear me. I am desolate. (sounds better in French)

It was something I stuck off to the side while I was working
and tinkered with off and on.... sheesh, if you bend over
just right right maybe you can get those undies that are
bunched up out of the crack of your ass.

I'm sick of WMD thing. ...and Mailer faded into intellectual
obscurity while Nixon was still in the White House.

siljaline has a nice sig. I've read it.

    Whatever, men
