What's the site you are redirected to? What browser are you using? I
wonder if you have been hijacked.

I am able to connect directly to that site using NO anti-****ware progs
or settings. Just Moz 1.3.1 in Linux Mandrake.

I'm not getting redirected using either IE6 or Mozilla 1.3, so it's not a
    browser-specific issue.

What I did notice, however, is that third-party cookies (I usually have
these set to "block" so I don't even notice them) are attempting to be set
    by "startsurfingplus.com".

    The IP for "sharkpost.isgreat.tv" = 66.28.153.27
    and resolves to "free.web.hosting.by.web1000.com.27.web1000.co m"

The IP for "startsurfingplus" = 66.28.153.27
    and resolves to "server15.ideaflood.com

    Owner of IP Block:
    OrgName: Cogent Communications
    OrgID: COGC
    Address: 1015 31st Street, NW
    City: Washington
    StateProv: DC
    PostalCode: 20007
    Country: US
    NetRange: 66.28.0.0 - 66.28.255.255

Seems the "shark" site is using a web hosting site that is connected to
"startsurfing", but that still doesn't explain why you get a redirect while
others, at most and if not blocked, are getting a cookie.

If your cookie manager is like mine, and if "reject third-party cookies" is
set (either in IE, Mozilla?, or directly in your cookie manager), you won't
see the third pary rejects in the manager's statistics...they get wacked
but not reported. If this is the case, to test, try turning off "reject
third-party cookies" and you'll get a warning or stats report just like
    with a normal cookie.

    Later.

I get exactly the same redirect as you - please post again if you manage to
    resolve this one.
