If anyone has pre-June17 posts intact(original post was between Jun 1-17, I had it but my
auto shred disposed of it)...the original author was in alt.privacy.spyware where I
originally obtained for re-post for the WinMx group that started this chain of events and
posts..And this if it was bought and paid for by the RIAA or other entity of the MI needs
to be further investigated and is possible if such is true, a criminal law suit is
possible against them for consipiracy if they are involved, there is enough of a "smoking
gun" to warrant an investigation into ES5(wanna make any bets now that it is shoved off to
the side by Adminstration favoritism if taken to the Gov'mt??). This is for the EFF to
look into, not the Gov'mt...
Anyone else have ES5 info let's re-fuel the thread and assemble the data trails..to see
where it leads.
This is also where the more talented folks form the underground would be of emense aid,
let's find who ES5 really is before more systems are harmed by Excalibur. As with the
RIAA, "We don't need no Steenking Badges!!"..
Something you may wish to consider is who and why ..they(the RIAA) stated they would take
any steps necessary to curb P2P, prior to actually dragging mommy and daddy outa bed and
off in cuff's..
You just might like this added bonus that ES5 places on your computer:

Oh..I installed it and peeked about, but that was all and found this cheasy Excalibur
hidin' in my startup, Windows Task Manager and control panel did not show it, Magic Tweak
turned it up...Even after AdAware and Spybot S&D had supposedly removed it..The clever lil
******* that designed this did a very good job camoflauging it's presence(the Lop.com
folks should hire these guys). Only after I deleted it via MT was I able to finally remove
all the registry entries that were being rewritten after each reboot...Neither Trojan
Scanning or AV found it either..This is a totally professional backdoor hack prog, nothing
cheesy about it..a #1 F*CK!!
Then decide for yourself, if not the RIAA, maybe the FBI/Justice Dept(or all parties
jointly)..They all have been granted carte blanche to do as they damn well please and
ignore the Bill of Rights..
