The only person that trys to discourage it is our customer service guy. and he learned to filter me from the customers...

Man...I wish I could do that....but NOOOOoooOOO...I need my job...And it's funny...one of the recent companies we bought a lot of stake in has SMART customers and we seem to attract all the STUPID ones...
