Another XP vulnerability. Could be somebody trying to use Windoze
Messenger Service to send you a pop-up or worse. If you don't use
Messenger Service, disable it and close 135.

Get to know your XP services. Most people don't need most of them,
and you can get increases in performance and security by disabling
some of them.
