    ISPYNOW

I have what maybe a dumb question. I recently found ISPYNOW had been
installed on my computer. By looking at the applog it set up, it seems
it was installed around 5:19pm on 6/1/03 (as that is the first log,
and stopped working around 10:40pm the same day. It seems to have
stopped logging when I installed zappro, or when I was fooling with
some IMAPI stuff(I don't remember what I was doing exactly, though I
    wish I did)
    My questions are:

Why would it only log these things for 5 hours and 20 minutes?

Is it possable that these are logs that were never sent, and this
things been on me for a month now?

Does anyone know of a way to legally find out who sent it.

I haven't had anyone send me an e-mail with an attachment, let
alone open it, where would this have come from.

Does anyone know the names of the rest of the files it installs.
I really really really wuold like to get a serial number. Other log
    files would rock as well.

Thanx in advance for any and all help.

I presume that the standard protection methods popular in this NG are
enough to guard against this bogie?

Well, whom ever it is I pissed off, there outta luck. (Although, I
have since figured out who they are and, I hope you know this will not
go unanswered) Most of what's on the site is PRBS, though I will agree
    that it's pretty good stuff.

I did remember what I was doing the night it was installed, I was
going through the registry deleting Ispy folders and what-not, must
have killed some of the Ispynow stuff without noticing. Lucky me,
Lucky I found it when I did and lucky I got away with not paying
    attention.lol

Hey Sean, I am curious: Did you find out *how* it was installed?

Yep, only a few people have access to my computer. I would imagine
it was one of them. Or maybe from kazaa. I would imagine thats
possable too. Though I have enough detection software running that to
install it without something popping up would require access.
