    HJT log help

I have done everything listed in the 'read this first' option but my computer continues to remain slow and takes forever to start up.

Please help in any way possible.

Can you give us a FULL HiJackThis log please? We maybe can tell a bit better if anything is running that shouldn't be running. Also, when you completed all the steps in the "Read First" thread were there any items found which required fixing? If so, what was fixed and by what program?

sorry...I checked both complete and full this time just in case. (had to break it up into 3 files because of attachment restrictions )

I didn't have to fix anything on the programs listed. I have used ccleaner, spybot, adaware, and the beta1 version of windows defense for forever. I have Symantec Corporate Edition (newest 10.1) as well. I just want to know if there is anything that needs to be deleted or something that is not necessary so that my computer will run smoother and start up faster.

No, this is not what we need. What we need is the Full HiJackThis log, not just the running processes or the Start up programs. Take a look at some of the other posts so that you see exactly what the log should look like.
Open HiJackThis. Click Do a System Scan and Save the log file. It will take a few minutes but when it has completed it's scan a text file will open with the results. Save that file and post it here.

yeah I tried that first off and I have an ignorelist so it doesn't pick up anything. Is there a way to purge the ignorelist so I can give you the scan you want?

EDIT: I'm a retard...here is the file you wanted.

I am not certain what ignore list you are referring to...where is this ignore list? What you are running in HiJackThis is the Start up list utility. What we need you to run is the full scan utility.
Please look at THIS guide to show you exactly what you should be seeing when you open HiJackThis.

The first thing you need to do is to move HiJackThis to it's OWN folder. It must not run from another folder as the program will not create backup files, which sometimes may be needed, unless it is in it's own folder. Create this folder by Clicking START > My Computer > Local Disc C: > Program Files.
Now, RightClick on an Empty Area and select New > Folder & name it HijackThis and Click ENTER
Now move your HiJackThis program to this new folder.

The next thing you need to do is to Download LSPFix
    1. Disconnect from the internet and be absolutely certain that all browsers are CLOSED and run the LSPFix.exe that you have just finished downloading.
    2. Check the I know what I'm doing box.
    3. In the Keep box you should see one or more instances of idmmbc.dll
    4. Select every instance of idmmbc.dll and move each one to the Remove box by clicking the >> button.
    5. When you are done click Finish>>.
Reboot the computer and run a new HiJackThis scan and post the log here.
