Help me out with my pc please='(

- I have noticed these programs on my add/remove programs windows.. are these threats? :
MSXML 4.0 SP2 (KB936181) -2 of these and
1 - Rightonadz Browser Optimizer
Please help me.. I only know a little when it comes to computers…

- Next problem is that I tried to use CC cleaner, CW shredder, AVG antivirus, Ad-Aware, Spybot, and HJT altogether, at first the problem was resolved but after 1 day the problem was back again and when I tired to fix it again it would come back after a day or shorter. When I scanned with spybot it scanned a “Smitfraud – C” and one other which was also “Smitfraud” , and also I found out that there were fake icons in my desktop which - I have noticed these programs on my add/remove programs windows.. are these threats? :

- after i scanned my pc with kapersky i used ad-aware to remove the threats and proceeded to safe mode, in safe mode i did AVG spyware scan and found 4 threats.. i put them in quarantine.. please help me.. when i booted back to nothe infection was there again..=( i'll be attaching the scans i did here.. hope to here from you guys soon..

Ok, first of all, sounds to me as if you are just jumping in and randomly doing some cleaning, which isn't going to work.
You need to FIRST go back into msconfig and re-enable everything that you have disabled from running at Start Up. In other words be sure it is set to Normal start NOT selective start. We need to know what is in there.
Then you need to go to this link READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
follow those steps there EXACTLY and IN ORDER.
When you run the Kaspersky scan PLEASE post the log, DO NOT do any cleaning of items showing in the Kaspersky log just post the full log.
Let other programs PP requests clean/quarantine of course but do all those first, then run the Kaspersky and save the log.
After you have done all that then run a new HJT scan and save the log.
Post back with the HJT log, the Kaspersky log and the new AVG log.
