F-secure is a great program, there are several other usefull programs that were mentioned in our previous db, the most commonly used apps for malware are HJT (hijack this) to help identify and remove registry changes made by malware, spy bot search and destroy to identify, isolate and/or remove malware of many many different varieties & zone alarm free firewall, for preventing unsolicited baddies from following the wire into your computer.
