Do all the scans recommended there. When complete with those do another HJT scan, post that log along with AVG Anti-spy log, and a Kaspersky online scan log here. We will see what else needs to be done.
Turn off and leave off the Bit Torrent Program, MSN Messenger until this computer is clean. At least two items in the log may very well be linked to both.
