    I ran the kaspersky scan first.

    I was able to find and remove all the files except the ones below:

    C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\

    GB9
    DL1
    vMW10a

    C:\Windows\

    SmFtaWUgRmxhbm5lcg

    new combo and HJT scans below.
