I want you to reboot your computer in SAFE MODE.
Then go to

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\

Look for each of the following files and delete each below if found;
gfprhhne.dll
uwrjhnmq.dll
lbpryynr.dll
atgiictq.dll
cetuloly.dll
mwlwwjuy.dll
oxqkejak.dll
oikvmyun.dll
iiebyvhk.dll

Once you have deleted those files, then reboot, Run ComboFix once more and save the log.
Run HJT once more and save the log. Post back here with both new logs.
