Need old cell phones please

If anybody has old cell phones with chargers they no longer need please consider donating them to ME Actually not to me but to the Neighborhood Crime Watch I've organized. This Neighborhood Crime Watch is at a low income housing project were half the volunteers do not have phones. The cell phones can be used to make 911 calls when necessary. Most of the people I've asked already have turned their old cells into recycling programs. If anyone can help out I would appreciate it and be glad to pay shipping. Send me a pm if you can help
