hi, i tried to post my hijack log in the auto hijack log analyzer and it did not work. it gave me a link to access a reference guide and when i click on that link it gives me a critical error notice. can someone help me understand what i need to do?
i am not a computer genius by any stretch of the imagination and i have a rather pesky trojan that has infiltrated my system in the most intricate of manners. i have tried several suggestions to try and rid myself of this beast but have had no success in doing so.

Thank you for all the tools to help me resolve my computer issue. I have run all the programs and followed all the steps in the sticky. I am still having problems with the virus.

I will attach a log of the virus alerts I have been receiving from Antivir software and Avast software as well as the logs from Hijack this and from the AVG scan. I must apologize for not following the steps in the AVG scan fully for I selected the delete action as opposed to the quarantine action.

As far as the details of the problem do you want them from the time that the problem started or from the point at which I followed all the steps in the sticky?

I will wait for you reply before I post the logs plus the history.

Antivir software and Avast software

Running two anti virus programs on the same machine is a No-No. Uninstall one of them.
Give me the most recent logs you have. As far as AVG...delete/quarantine, either is ok. Just give me that log, the HJT log and an online Kaspersky log.
