    Darn it, I would love to watch them as those are my fav type of aircraft but I too will not be able to!!

    Would love to own one someday and learn to fly it...

    The drive to OH? How far is it? Better yet, how long would it take you to get there? But if you did drive down there, I am sure one of the guys with a Mustang could give you a 'lift' back home?

    Yeah it's a long drive.

    Roughly 5.5 hours to get there depending on traffic.

    If they gave me a ride back...I'd still have to get my truck back somehow

    Cool

    Rickenbacker has had some great airshows over the years - I used to go a lot when I was younger.

    We have a lot of weather moving through the area and it might put a "damper" on the festivities.........

    Definitely wet today for the start.

    ** I should add that tickets are pretty much sold out (Grandstand, etc..) Still, standing room ain't bad - lots to wander around and see + talking to the pilots/owners/vets.

    The California airshow is this weekend, in Salinas CA.
