I haven't a clue here as to what steps you have followed or what you have done...even though you "say" you followed the steps requested.
I also have no idea how old you are, but if you are concerned your mom is going to make you buy a new computer then this tells me you are a kid and must be doing something you have been told not to do online by your mother.
Obviously you are into gaming, shown by at least two entries in the HJT logs, this is fine, normally, but if it is something your mother has said no to then we are not here to help you "scam" your mother. We will help clean up the computer, but will not assist anyone in something they were told not to do.

If you want to clean the computer then you have to follow EACH and EVERY step given, and in the order given on this thread;

You have to run every program listed and in the manner you are directed to do. If told to have the program clean, then have the program clean. If told to then save the log, then save the log.
We need every program run, and every log saved. Then, come back here and post the new logs and we will take a look.

im still getting the ACProtect pop-ups so it must not be a virus?

Empty your Norton Quarantine files.

Turn OFF SpybotSD TeaTimer and Ad-Aware 2007 Service.

Run HJT again and place a checkmark next to the following entries;
O2 - BHO: (no name) - >û - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - rsion - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - `>û - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - à=û - (no file)

Once you have placed those checkmarks then click the Fix Checked button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot the computer and run a new HJT scan and post that here.
