I have a program called Secured Internet Explorer I can't uninstall also has anyone heard of Adssite

We need a whole lot more information than you have given...operating system...what version of Internet Explorer is this? You cannot uninstall Internet Explorer it is part of the Windows Operating system.

Adssite is Adware, often times showing as Adssite Browser Optimizer

What happen was I dl from a fileshare site learned lesson the file I was dl was Symantic Norton Anti-Virus well it ended up being Secured Internet Explorer. Then icon appeared the name of program started with B I cant remember but I uninstalled it when I saw Secured Internet Explorer in add and remove I tried to uninstall but it would not let me.

The thing with Adssite I opened a program with Winzip it sent me to Adssite and there was a adv. for ring tones I closed site but kept getting pop ups buy it has stopped

I hope that this is a lesson...Symantic Norton Anti-virus is a PAY FOR anti-virus program...there is no way under the sun that this would have been Norton Anti-Virus as it costs around $50, nobody is going to share a real, legal copy of a $50 program, it just isn't going to happen. If you need an anti-virus program and cannot afford one there are any number of very good FREE programs offered. We have links to at least three right here.
By file sharing you obviously have an infected computer and file sharing is something we just don't condone here as our general guidelines state very clearly;

Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.

I am willing to try to help you clean up the computer but in doing so I will not in any way help you with file sharing. If this is your intention then I cannot help.

and follow each and every step exactly as given. Once you have completed all steps then please post right back here with the requested logs and we can determine what other steps need to be taken.
Since one of the steps requires an up to date anti-virus program, and you obviously don't have one since you attempted to download an illegal copy of one you first will need to download, install and update one of the three FREE ones noted HERE
Once you have done that then proceed to the other link I have given and follow those steps.
