Trojan.Win32.Agent.bck

Hi there. Thanks in advance for your assistance on this. So here goes.

I am using Kaspersky V7.0 and it has detected Trojan.Win32.Agent.bck and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Tiny.id

None of the anti spyware products seem to be able to remove it. Please help and thanks.

We need a lot more information. Operating System, anti-virus program, firewall for starters.
Go to READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
Follow ALL the steps there, including running the ONLINE Kaspersky scan. It will NOT fix anything but will produce a log we can take a look at, also be sure to run the AVG Anti-spy program noted in the link and have it fix everything found AND save the log for posting here. Once you have completed all those steps then run HiJackThis, save the log and post it back here along with the online Kaspersky log, and the AVG Anti-spy log.
