    Need help getting log analyzed

When I copy and paste the log into the Hijack This Analyzer and press the Parse button, the page comes back with the explanation of each color but no log comes back with it. I have used this in the past with great results but recently this problem has baffled myself and a friend who uses it also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi Eddie, Welcome!

    Please read this thread:

    IMPORTANT: HiJackThis Analyzer Information

I also MUST STRESS again, HiJackThis is NOT a removel tool per se, it is a scanner tool which is just ONE of the tools used to help identify and remove malware/viruses and Trojans...period. It is not a tool which should be used as a general clean up tool. It MIGHT be recommended for use AFTER all recommended steps are taken when dealing with possible infections on the computer. Incorrect usage of this tool can result in damage to the computer. Correct interpretation of HJT logs are done by helpers on this forum using many sources to establish that an entry is indeed a problem.

If you are experiencing problems I recommend that you begin here
READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
by following all the steps given. You will note that the FINAL step is a scan with a properly located, renamed HiJackThis program and then posting the log here along with other requested logs. We will read these logs, interpret these logs and then tell you what, if any, additional steps need to be completed to get your computer clean.

What happens when you try to open a new thread TuTone? Are you clicking the New Thread Button on the upper left?
We cannot offer help unless we know the problem also.

Here is the msg I get when trying to open a new thread

TuTone, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I have looked at your User Options and can see no reason why you shouldn't be able to start your own thread. Are you certain you are clicking the correct button? See attached.
