    One infection showing in Kaspersky and three files infected with it.

    Ok, the one program I have held back on having you uninstall, though it did have an infected file in it, was the MSN Gaming Zone. I had hoped the various scans and fixes would have removed what I thought was this one file, but evidently it won't leave so you will have to uninstall the program itself...
    Go to Safe Mode, Control Panel, Add/Remove and see if MSN Gaming Zone is there. If it is, Uninstall it. If it is Not showing in Add/Remove then go to
    C:\Program Files\MSN Gaming Zone\
    and Delete it. Even if the program does show in the Add/Remove and you are able to uninstall from there please go to the C:\Program Files\ and be sure it still doesn't show there. If it does show, even after removal via Add\Remove then remove the folder from Program Files too.

    The two other instances of this infection are showing in C:\RECYCLER\ which is a hidden file. We have to make those visible in order to get into that C:\RECYCLER\

    STILL in Safe Mode, do the following;
    Double click My Computer. Click Tools >> Folder Options >> 'View' tab. Scroll through the list of items shown there and
    place a checkmark next to 'Show hidden files and folders'. Uncheck the option 'Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)'.
    Click Ok.
    .
    Close My Computer. Now double click it again.
    In the My Computer window, double click Local Disk (C:). Look through all the folders. You should now be able to see the 'Recycler' folder. Open that folder and delete all items you see inside of there there not the entire recycler folder just all of the items inside. You can do this by going up to Edit, Select All, then Delete.
    Once deleted, click Tools menu >> Folder Options >> View tab take the checkmark out of Show Hidden Files and Folders. Place the checkmark back into Hide protected operating system files. Click OK
    Close all of that out.
    Reboot to normal mode and run a new Kaspersky Scan and post the log.

    Okay, I rebooted to safe mode, deleted the msn gaming file but when I tried to delete the only thing in the recycler folder, it would not delete, and said that the program was being used by another person or program. No one is logged on to this computer except me, so I know it isn't another person.

    btw, I really appreciate all your time and help. Sorry it takes me so long to respond...I'm working most of the day. But I do appreciate it.
