    I need help!

Well I didn't have any problems with anything since today.. The symptoms were that my computer pops me out of whatever I'm doing and just goes blank then to a blue screen saying that my computer needs to restart because of this file "dump.wmimmc.sys" and it's been very frustrating having to being popped out over and over restarting, wasting my time and patience. Also at the bottom it said something about "moving physical memory to disk" with a countdown from to 1 to 2 to 3.. etc. So I was wondering if you guys can help me, advice tips anything? I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Looks like a malware driver to me.

-- Are you trying to hack online games? I think this is part of a Game Guard hack..... could be wrong, though.

-- Anyhoo, please have a look at the linky below and follow the steps to obtain a Fresh HijackThis Scanlog, a Kaspersky Online Scanlog and an AVG Anti-Spyware Scanlog and please submit them for us.

-- Be sure to rename HijackThis.exe as outlined in the link.

If you have any trouble obtaining the above scanlogs, let us know. We need all of them in order to get a good idea of what we are dealing with....

-- Also, if your OS is Vista, you'll need the latest version of HijackThis from TrendMicro...

I am quite busy these days, so please hang in there until Judy can have a look at the logs.

    Best Luck

Well. . . . There is not really much we can do without seeing those scanlogs that I asked for.

Obviously that driver is causing problems - If it is part of a game hack, you might have to try a different cheating option

You might want to try a gaming forum to see if others are having similar issues. Or, if you'd like a more thorough malware checkup, submit those logs for us.

You might also want to disable the automatic restart due to a system crash so you can get more info from the Blue Screen of Death which could let you research the error.

To disable the automatic restart: Start > Run > sysdm.cpl > OK > Advanced > Startup and Recovery > Setting > uncheck "Automatically Restart" > OK > OK.

I do agree with PP, this does sound like a corrupt/incompatible driver issue, possibly either IDE/RAID or Video Card.
