Need Help

I have over 3000 viruses in my exe files and cannot get past the log in screen
I am working from my daughters computer right now! I know how to work on the hardware part of the computer but the software is a mystery to me!
I was working on the computer this morning and it was slow so i did a restart and that is where my problem began.

Have you tried booting to safe mode? How in the world did you get 300 viruses on the computer? Don't you have a virus program on there?
