Okay, so I downloaded the program and figured out which svchost.exe process is taking up the most memory - I've opened up the services tab and see a bunch of processes. Do I just figure out what's what and um...disable some stuff or something? Sorry, I'm a bit lost here.

I do see RasMan (Remote Access Connection Manager) is controlled by this process - is that a possible hijack? Ah, windows auto updates is also part of this. Should I disable it? If it would help, I can also let you know what else is running as part of this process.

    Remote Access Connection Manager
    is that a possible hijack?
    I doubt it.
Manages dial-up and virtual private network (VPN) connections from this computer to the Internet or other remote networks. If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.

You may require this service for some direct cable or DSL providers and connections, depending on how they implement their logon process. If your dial-up, cable or DSL internet access no longer functions properly with this service disabled, place this service into Automatic. If you use a hardware gateway or router, this service is not required.

For now, leave it alone. Better give me the list.
