    You are showing some adware on the computer, along with some unnecessary programs running at start up. Let's get things clean first.
    As phoenix said, you need to tell us exactly what problems you are experiencing.
    One thing you should uninstall is the program called Viewpoint and anything connected with it. This is considered foistware and often times loaded and installed without the user's knowledge. Use Add/Remove to get rid of it.
    Key though is to go here
    Follow each step exactly. Be certain to do at least two of the online scans...Kaspersky will do a good scan, it won't remove anything found but will generate a log which will note items found AND their exact location. HouseCall is another one recommended, it WILL fix items found.
    Be sure to use the AVG Anti-spy also according to instructions given. Let it fix whatever it finds.
    With the exception of the two online scans be sure to do the other steps disconnected from the internet AND in SAFE MODE.

    Once you have completed all then reboot to normal mode, run a new HJT scan and place checkmarks next to the following if they still show in the log;
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{9F-F3-37-72-ZN}] C:\windows\system32\lldsrngo.exe CHD003
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ExploreUpdSched] C:\WINDOWS\system32\kwinmmdt.exe CHD003
    O4 - Startup: TA_Start.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\lldsrngo.exe
    O4 - Startup: Think-Adz.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\kwinmmdt.exe
    O23 - Service: Viewpoint Manager Service - Viewpoint Corporation - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Common\ViewpointService.exe

    After you have placed the checkmarks then click the Fix button.
    Exit HJT.
    Reboot and run a new HJT scan, save that log and post back here with it, the AVG Anti-spy log and the Kaspersky log.
