HJT Log Parse turns up some red items

The following are highlighted in red:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ctfmon.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe (I have Asian language support installed)

    O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: Browseui preloader - {438755C2-A8BA-11D1-B96B-00A0C90312E1} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\browseui.dll
    SharedTaskScheduler Registry key autorun
Only a CWS variant has been known to use this. Consult a HJT expert before cleaning anything.

    O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: Component Categories cache daemon - {8C7461EF-2B13-11d2-BE35-3078302C2030} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\browseui.dll

So what should I get rid of? The log is below.

And I feel stupid having to ask people to analyze my logs all the time. How do you (experts) learn anything from all this? I mean, is there some way I can learn how to tell (definitively) what's good and what's bad, besides just looking at what turns up red?

As a possible aside, I've been having popups (even from the IANAG page, which is why I noticed it first) and a scan reveals CasaleMedia + CPXInteractive, but I fixed both of those (through Spybot S&D).

This log looks fine. The only one I would get rid of is this
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AlcxMonitor] ALCXMNTR.EXE
This is the Realtek AC97 Audio - Event Monitor. "Slyware" file used surreptitiously monitor one's actions. It is not a sinister one, like remote control programs, but it is being used by Realtek to gather data about customers.

Both of those O22 entries are perfectly fine. They refer to theMicrosoft® Windows® Operating System Shell Browser UI Library

If you used the parser here, in a word...Don't. Take a look at this and you will see why

No, not amazing...just a lady with time to play on the computer
Glad I could answer your questions, this time, I am not always that lucky. Plus there are "a bunch of smart guys in the back" who shout out the correct answers through the door.

    So, wise, yet so humble!

Ugh, firefox has been lagging up on me lately and Spybot S&D has turned up some cookies.

    BurstMedia
    CasaleMedia
    CPXinteractive
    Statcounter
    Zedo

I remember there was a way to make it so that I don't accept cookies from any site, which got rid of the problems above, but that was sometimes a hassle too. What should I do about these? (They return upon subsequent scans using Spybot)

Yes, it IS a hassle, then you have to usually log into every site you visit everytime, like this one, rather than being able to "stay logged in"
    You can block specific sites from putting cookies on the computer with Firefox;
Go up to Tools, Options, Privacy, Cookies, Exceptions.
Then you will have to type the EXACT address of the website whose cookie you wish to block...not just Burstnet or whatever it happens to be ...then click the Block button. Now this probably won't stop all of them for a particular site but it should cut back on them.
