Don't forget to DELETE the baddies! Fixing the entries with HJT does NOT do this (except 02 related entries). You really should remove all malware completely.
Then, be sure to flush your System Restore points.

I agree 100% with PP. You can't be certain everything is clean until you have also searched for and removed those files manually. I hope you will post the Ewido log for us and the new HJT log.
There may be other items hiding there which need to be looked at too, we could see these with the new logs.
