error message "Setup files are corrupted", double click exe files

I have got about 60GB an archive on the USB hard disk 3.5"

Recently my laptop (win2003 with all patches|) was infected by virus Worm.VB.dz, I guess I have done all processes of cleaning (scan virus and malware online, spubot, Ad-aware, etc) .

But when I tried to run most (not all) of " *.exe" files from my USB hard disk 3.5", I received one of these errors below :

How can I fix this problem ? Does that mean i lost all exe files ?

It looks like it to me, though maybe somebody else has other thoughts. But all of those messages seem to point that way.
What program are you trying to set up?

2- Dictionary
3- Ad-aware

For spybot and adaware both have very good free version I would just download new copies. Purchased programs you will have to check and see if they can be downloaded again. But since all of these programs have corrupt setup files then I certainly would hesitate to try to get them to work.
