Think about it ... programs such as SpywareBlaster dump 1000's of entries into the registry without causing any performance reduction. Plus today registrys hold a lot more information than years ago (bigger hard disk=more programs/more data=more registry entries) and generally systems today are much faster than those of years gone by. Most of the time I believe that the regular using of automated registry cleaners is like doing surgery every time you have a stomach ache...not something one would even consider.
While occasionally automated registry cleaners can be used the operative word is Occasionally...not daily and certainly not without examining and researching FIRST the items which are suggested for removal.
