    Unhappy Help with HJT Log(Resolved)

I am having problems loading Microsoft.com, Download.com, Weather.com, Amazon.com and other web sites. Been having this problem for a few weeks and is getting worse. Get "server not found" message. Other web sites, like herald.com load fine. HJT log is attached. Was running Norton Anti-virus. Deleted Noton's, installed Kaspersky. Can not get e-mail protection to work in Kaspersky. Using Outlook Express.

Kaspersky found: email-worm.win32.2helatin.a, email-worm.win32.luder.a, trojan-spy.html.bankfraud.ri and .ra. Deleted them. Deleted all temp files, cookies, etc. with ATF-Cleaner. Ran Spy-Bot. Clean. Installed Zone Alarm firewall. Deleted restore points per instructions. Running XP. Installed Firefox.

    Please help.

How did you remove Norton? It is still showing in your log.
Looks to me as though Spyware Doctor might have something to do with your inability to access certain web sites, though I cannot be certain. When did you install Spyware Doctor?

Norton's was deleted using Add & Remove Programs from Control Panel. Spyware Doctor was installed about a year ago but I don't use it. Should I delete Spyware Doctor?

    Spyware Doctor IS running on the computer. It starts automatically as shown here in the HJT log;
    O23 - Service: Spyware Doctor Auxiliary Service (sdAuxService) - PC Tools - C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\svcntaux.exe
    O23 - Service: Spyware Doctor Service (sdCoreService) - PC Tools - C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\swdsvc.exe

You will need to do a file search by going to Start, Search, Files and Folders and look for everything named Norton.
    Delete those you find.
Then do the same thing but this time look for everything named Symantec. Delete those you find.
Yes, I would Uninstall Spyware Doctor and see if that makes a difference with accessing websites.

When you say you cannot access Microsoft.com...can you please list the FULL address that you are trying to access?
If it is updates you must use Internet Explorer in order to do this, you cannot update using Firefox.
Please list the full address, as it would appear in your address bar on the browser so I can see if that could be the problem.
You say you installed Zone Alarm, what firewall were you using prior to that?
What are the security settings on your browsers?

First, thanks for your help. Sample web sites I am unable to load are microsoft.com, weather.com, amazon.com (partially loads), drudgereport.com. I can open this web site and herald.com for example.

I have attached the latest log.

    thanks again

    gln,
I asked for the FULL address that you are trying to access not just
    microsoft.com, weather.com, amazon.com...etc.
Can you type in at least one so that it would read...http://etc....

Sorry for the misscommunications on my part.

Here are some samples of sites that do not load:

    http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
    http://www.weather.com/
    http://www.amazon.com/ (partially loads)
    http://www.microsoft.com/

    some that load OK:

Had you installed anything PRIOR to this problem happening? Where is the Kaspersky? Now I am seeing Nod32.
