    HJT assistance

    This is the log after I parsed.

    PURPLE FONT:

    This is where you go when you first open IE. Should be something like google.com or iamnotageek.com if theres a site you don't know here clean this line!

    Sorry, this isn't what we do here.

    Key thing to remember is this HiJackThis program is NOT a FIXER program. It is a scanner program ONLY. It is what should be used AFTER all other steps have been taken to remove suspected malware, viruses and trojans.

    If you used the HiJackThis Analyzer found here then you should have read this link BEFORE or Instead of, using the Analyzer and making incorrect changes or "fixes" which quite possibly cannot be "undone".

    What you have posted tells us nothing, except you probably use Roadrunner, and we do not give advice without FULL logs and information.

    We must see a full, unparsed log. We need to know all info about the computer itself, what problems you are experiencing, when they began. Had you made any changes prior to the difficulties...hardware/software, etc.
    And, key for us, Please follow all steps given here READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
    THEN post back with a brand new, FULL HJT log and we will be most happy to help you.
